in business, May of 2013 after hearing there was a dire need for a
quality beer line cleaning service in southern Illinois. That's what we
provide! Timely, Quality Service. Recently I was cleaning at one of our fine customer's establishments. I'm behind the bar taking apart a faucet, brushing it out when I notice a customer across the bar that had just finished his lunch watching me. He askes, "Cleaning the beer taps?" I said "Yes" and gave him a brief overview of what I was doing. He says "Wow! You know, I've never seen anyone do that before!" "How often do you have to do that?" he asked. I said, "Every two weeks by law, but you really want to every two weeks otherwise it starts tasting off." He asked "When you order a draught somewhere and it tastes weird or skunky, is it because the lines are not clean?" I said "About 99.9% of the time, Yes!" There was a pause as he starts to get up. He says "It's great to know that they care enough here to have this done!" I said, "Yes it is!" We are constantly expanding to better service our customers.
